Julia & Clay are from The South but met and fell in love in Hawaii. Chef Kathi wanted to marry their hometown memories with local cuisine. All the menu items are pupus to keep it casual and give the guests time to get to know one another. This rehearsal dinner was on a large lawn in a Portlock vacation rental for 80 people.
