This event was tailored for 40 guests on a large estate on the ocean. Chef Kathi brought in several chefs as well as wait staff and many of the professionals you will find on the "other services" page. It is not unusual to find a collaboration between Chef Kathi and other service people who can create a one-of-a-kind event.
